How to make a biscuit: Beat the eggs in a bowl (1) and then beat them long with the granulated sugar.

Add flour and cheese and pour into a well soaked pan (2).

Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (3). Make sure the sponge is golden brown and dry by placing a toothpick in the middle.

When the sponge is ready, take it out of the mould and let it cool down. Now divide the biscuit biscuit into two halves using a serrated knife (4).

Fill the bottom with mayonnaise (5).

Then add the baby spinach, the cooked spinach and the cheese cut into very thin slices. You can use a potato peeler (6).

Lubricate the spreadable cheese decoration on the surface; if desired, you can also remove the decoration from a piping bag (8).

Garnish with cherry tomatoes and olives (9) and cool a few minutes before serving.
