  3. Cut the ciabatta lengthwise and put both halves in the oven and roast them (on the grill) until cooked. Take the bread out and put it on a suitable plate.
  4. Spoon a tuna mixture out of a sandwich and then add the eggs, lettuce, tomatoes and mozzarella.

5 Tips for improving your subdivision

1. Maintain texture correctly

If you prefer a smooth tuna, mix the ingredients in a blender for a few seconds instead of mixing them with a spoon. We don’t think you should ever grind too much tuna! The thinner the flakes, the better, because the canned fish is dry.
